For some, this review provides the clarity needed to move forward confidently. For others, it becomes a natural foundation for ongoing oversight.
If ongoing clinical support is initiated, the fee for this engagement is applied toward the first month of services.
This may be arranged as a standalone consultation or as the starting point for a longer-term relationship.

IntegrateHealth Care Associates was founded to address a gap many families encounter: the absence of continuous, clinically informed oversight once care extends beyond a single provider or visit.
Founded by Margarita Sarabia, MN, RN, CMGT-BC, IntegrateHealth draws on years of clinical practice and leadership in complex care environments. The practice brings clear clinical judgment and systems-level insight across the full care journey. Fluent in medical language and experienced in prioritizing next steps and navigating insurance barriers, she ensures critical details are not overlooked.
IntegrateHealth does not replace medical providers. It provides continuity and context so individuals and families can move through medical complexity with clarity, confidence, and reassurance.
