Meet Margarita

IntegrateHealth Care Associates was founded by Margarita Sarabia, MN, RN, CMGT-BC, a board-certified nurse case manager with more than 20 years of experience navigating complex healthcare.

Throughout her career, Margarita has worked alongside physicians, surgeons, specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams in high-acuity settings where thoughtful clinical judgment, clear communication, and meticulous coordination are essential. Her experience spans complex surgical care, oncology, chronic disease management, care transitions, and healthcare systems navigation.

She understands that when care involves multiple specialists, recommendations, and health systems, it can quickly become overwhelming for patients and families.

Margarita's role is not to replace your physicians or direct your medical care. Instead, she serves as an experienced clinical partner—helping you understand the bigger picture, connect the dots across your care team, prepare for important decisions, and ensure nothing important is overlooked.

She believes that every patient deserves someone in their corner who understands both the clinical complexities of medicine and the realities of navigating today's healthcare system.
